Indonesia New Zealand Maju Bersama – Advancing Together

7th May 2014 by David Taylor, Jakarta | 5 Comments

There’s been a lot of effort over recent years to build ties between Indonesia and New Zealand. And a lot of success too, though there are areas where I’m sure we can do a lot better.

We decided it was time to try and wrap a brand around what we’re doing together. The team at the New Zealand Embassy, both the kiwis and our leading local staff, came up with the phrase “maju bersama” or “advancing together”.

We plan to use “maju bersama” as a tag around initiatives that we will take this year.

In recent weeks, for example, we used the tag around:

Over the rest of 2014, we will be doing a range of other events and promotions where we will talk about, promote and celebrate “maju bersama”. These events will form a New Zealand season in Indonesia that we hope will continue to benefit the bonds between our nations as we advance together.

“Maju bersama” – it’s the only way to go!!!

Indonesia Selandia Baru Maju Bersama
